POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. After three no-shows, we will no longer be able to accommodate future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and services.
Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to perform your scheduled service. In such cases, your appointment may be marked as a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost automatically.
Children
Children must be able to sit by themselves in the barber's chair. Due to limited space and the presence of sharp tools, children under 10 years old cannot be left unattended in the shop while you're receiving a service.
